Bad times are not created equal

I feel bad for anyone having a tough time. But, I really don't like to hear about CEOs and huge bonuses any time-- especially when they are tax dollars! I hope that the Recovery Act money goes to the desperate needs that have led to Georgia having the 2nd biggest problem with the number and condition of homeless children out of 50 states.

Dear friends- I hope you are all doing well. If I have a friend who is a CEO, I am sure you are not the kind to take a huge bonus and lay people off!
